Holiday Menus

So Easter and Passover are rapidly approaching and I will be cooking both of them this year.  So Now I have to plan the menu... I always make way too much food so I am going to try and keep it simple this year.

For Passover

Matzo Ball Soup
Brisket cooked with carrots and potatoes
Roasted aspagras
Potato kugel
Seder Plate stuff (
Passover Strawberry Bars

For Easter
Green Salad
Baked Potatoes
Bunny Rolls
Easter Cupcakes
