I usually don't eat salads... well, salads that I make anyway. if someone else makes a salad I will eat it... it doesn't make any sense I know.
Anyway, I have come up with a salad combination that I really like and I brought it for lunch today.
2-3 cups of greens (I use organic spring mix, it was on sale)
1 apple
1 handful of nuts (today its walnuts)
cubed cheddar cheese (2 oz. maybe)
Good Seasoning salad dressing made with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Combine all ingredients, dress with dressing, enjoy! :)
