It's only being recalled because people weren't using it properly. It's a floor level tool. I loved having one for my little guy when he was an infant. I would buy one again in a heartbeat. Just heed the warnings to not put it on an elevated surface (like a dining room table). If I were having another baby I would definitely want another one of these.
