A Month of Grattude -- Day 10

I am thankful for modern medicine.  Even though I know that in the future we will look back and think all of our current treatments and surgeries are barbaric and backward, but right now, I am thankful that I don't have to drink tonics of urine and dung or have my baby in an iron lung.
