Although I have made this cake many times in the past, yesterday's baking adventure was a FAIL!!!
As you can see from the picture above, the cake completed sunk in the middle. I have no idea why, but since it was cooked and I didn't want to waste it, I frosted it and brought it to work anyway. There was none left by noon, so I guess it was good!
