Wardrobe Refashion
I read Wardrobe Refashion every day but I must admit that many of the projects highlighted, while creative, seem to be a little "happy hands at home" (to quote Michael Kors). In other words, they look a little too homemade for my tastes... I like to make clothes that look like they were not actually made by me in my family room. Today I found one of those projects and just had to share... what a terrif idea this is and so easy to execute and execute well... check it out. Erica took an old pair of jeans and an old necktie and made a super cute pair of capris with contrasting hem and back pocket. You can see all the details on her blog: http://www.recycled-fashion.com/2010/09/refashioning-neckties.html
